Nokia 5130, Univercell
Black screen, new handset less than a year old. Refused replacement based on Warranty

Electronics and household app.

Extreme dissatisfaction with the phone purchased via retailer Univercell.

Given for service over 4 times in the last one year. Asked for a replacement since it was in warranty, but refused by Univercell and Nokia. Was asked to speak to multiple people (including Nokia customer support (Mr Gopalakrishnan 98415 79390) and Univercell (9600034162)

The last service was on 24-Mar Job sheet # 314465550 with a S/W upgrade to solve the blank screen problem (S/W upgrade already done twice). Every service it is claimed that we will never experience the problem. But it occurs.

We went with Nokia for the quality and reliability and customer support and have been let down by this company and the retailer.
