Gprs, IMEI NO problem

I have bought new nokia 5130. after buying, i tried to activate gprs on mobile, i was not getting from airtel. then i called custmer care, they told that your hand set is not gprs supportable, our system getting that your IMEI no is not supportable.then they provide me manual setting of nokia 5130 . after that, i could not get homepage setting in config. setting . so please solve my problem my nokia 5130 IMEI no is 354223032022394. please contact me on this no 9981274565
