Mobile got hanged three times in last three months

Dear sir,

I am a Nokia 5130 Xpressmusic user. I bought my cell last year on 14th June. It worked properly for a year but since last three months, it hanged three times. Just one month back on 12th I got my cell formatted for the second time. Again yesterday, it got switched off. Wen I switched on my cell, it was written "CONTACT SERVICE". Then it again got switched off. Last month only, I paid for the formatting and I am again asked to pay for it.

Sir, please help me to get rid off from these kind of problems.
