Fraudulent practice by nokia care, Aligarh

I work as Assistant Audit officer under CAG. I was on official duty in Aligarh. i had problem with my nokia hans set 5220 that some of the keys of kepad were not working. I rushed to nokia care, Aligarh on 06-09 (tuesday). I was asked to deposit Rs 110 before diagnosis of the problem. I deposited the same but was not given any receipt for that. I was called after half an hour. When i went i was told that it will take one week to get the set repaired and cost would be Rs 1581/-. However the nature of problem was not told for which initial money was deposited. Though cost was much more for which no detail was given yet i agreed if set is delivered within one or two days. The request was not entertained. Thus i was compelled to take back set unrepaired because i was on official tour and was not supposed to remain without phone for one week. Thus despite the fact that no sercices were delivered to me i had to spare Rs 110 and valuable time. Even though the fault was not known to me. I want to know whether it take such long time for small faults?
This practice is not fair for such reputed and world known company.
I hope that it will be taken seriously by the company to avoid any discredit to the company in future.
