Givig me a poor quality product

The nokia co. is a totaly business minded co. it not look about their product befor launching i was purchase a nokia5220 in sept/8 its repired two times in warranty period and after two month of warranty in jan/10 it was again repired by them and charge me Rs1600/- after one month it was again repired now may/10 it is again hang wants repairing shell i pay such a big amount for a poor quality product or so what because nokia co is very well know that customer will pay after warranty so there no problum to launch a new set to compet the market
