Espected sir,
myself gaurav kumar gupta, resident of c-6/345, yamuna vihar delhi-53. i had purchased a mobile from pantaloon's one mobile shop in our locality on 02/04. for the past few days i encountered a problem with my handset that it get hanged during some operations, and after 26/02 it got switched off. when i started the mobile it only shows nokia brand name and again got switched off.on 02/03 i approached nokia care center at laxmi nagar and loged my complaint, they checked from thier system and told me that the on-line warranty has expired on 11/11 and for repairing i will have to pay. after thisi visited the nokia site, and the manaual accompanied with the handset, there i read the warranty statement which goes like that- "THE WARRNTY PERIOD STARTS AT THE TIME OF PRODUCT's ORIGINAL PURCHASE BY THE FIRST END USER." it showsthat my mobile handset is in warranty and they have to repair it, but they refused to do that. in this case pantaloon's one mobile store is also on the fault side as they sold me an older product with less warrranty. i also approached the one mobile store at big bazar in edm malll delhi, but they also not cooperating me. i just want an actino against both the manufacturer- NOIKIA, and the dealer - ONE MOBILE.
