Nokia 5230
Pathetic services provided by nokia care executives

Dear sir,

I gave my nokia 5230 in Laxmi nagar nokia care center as its audio quality was very poor after some time they upgraded the software and told me that my phone is working properly now but when I checked it was not workin properly

and then I told them that my handset is not working properly as well... they behaved me in a very rude way and told me that we cant do anything now... I argued them that my phone is not working properly then how can u say that you will not repair it... then they took my phone back and told me that they will send my phone in Nokia factory... after 10 days I went to laxmi nagar nokia care to take my cell back then they told me that my phn has been repaired but when I checked it was working like hell..and they created touch screen problrms as well in return... now my phone's touch screen is also not working

and I dont trust to Nokia care thats why I dont want to give them for repair...

I am harrased by their poor services and by their behaviour as well...

now tell me what to do?
