Egarding complaint about my mobile

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a problem with my Nokia 5320. It is my mobile gets switched off automatically and I will have to switch it on again. I have given it to the Nokia priority, kodambakkam. I have given my mobile for the 7th time now regarding the same problem. It has also been sent to the higher authorities (L3) for 3 times. But, after all this my mobile hasn't been repaired yet. I have given them my mobile 2 days back regarding same problem. I also started facing new problems due to this. They are, my mobile gets hang up and gets switched off and my output voice cant be heard on the other side at all. Its been 11 months since I bought my mobile, in which I used it for only 5months and It was handed to the Nokia priority for 6 months. This is totally horrible. please take the necessary action as soon as possible so that I can have my mobile again.
