Nokia care is very careless about my problem

Dear Sir

Nokia care is very careless about my problem because the staffs r all fake & fraud . i severally went 2 the hill cart road nokia care for a minor screen lining problem in my 5230 and they kept it for 7 days and delivered me but when i returned t home the problem arise again then i called them and they called me again after that they kept the handset for 5-6 days called me that ur handset is ready then i went their and took it but when i came home the problem was still there till now and the unbelievable thing is that the back cover of my set was change, so my request is to look after on it... thank you.
