Re:- Replacement of Nokia 5230-Black

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently (October) purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems i.e. Charging Problem, Sensor Problem, USB Pin Problem, Restarting Problem. The phone also hangs. I have given my handset to the Nokia Customer care located in Trichy - Teleport. But the problems are repeatedly coming. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I am expecting to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
