Vedio capture

I have purchased nokia5230 from dreamz communications- G10 shri ram tower, 13 ashok marg, lucknow on 02/09.the phone IMEI is 353763048706887. the phone is having withe problem of vedio captured from the camera. some times it records the sound and part of the clip and some time it did not record the sound along with the clip. Another problem is that the phone swith off and restart again automatically.i have asked from manymobile hubs, they said it is the problem of mobile software.so i updated the software online two months ago.still i am having the problem. pls! do something...
