Oss i am using handset nokia modal 5233 but some time my set showed error not working his charging point so i visited ur care center on date 27 march where he checked my set and said that his charging point damaged so i deposit my hand set there and they asked come back after one week and got ur hand set and today we visited your service center but they replied not ok my hand set .and received after one week.kindly look in to this matter and resolved this asap...
