Not working properly

this is to certify that i had a handset of ur company. NOKIA

that model. no. is 5233 handset purchasing date is 11/2.

till 26 feb my handset is rebute or on off again again & in the morning main 27 feb ko nokia care ghaziabad jo rdc main hain . basically wo frienchiese hain aapki company ke. SHREE JEE ENTERPRISE ADD: B-7 RDC raj nagar ghaziabad

maina unhe yeh handset dikhaya they told main with 3 hours u get ur handset they told jaab main dubara waha 3.00hours baad gaya unhone mujhe yeh kaha ki aapka handset sahi ho gaya haiiiiiii. And unhone yeh kaha ki aapka motherboard has been dead.

but when i told him ki plz handset on kar ke dikhao then the handset in on same situation.they told we are then handset will give u after 3days. but main jaab after three days they call me on told ur handset will 7 more days .bcoz aapka handset head office gaya for rearing . tis my imei no.358321031858630.its fine.

first thing is they wrote my wrong no, on jobsheet no. 184433527/100227/10

And to cse are working there HER Name RITU & SWATI those behaviour is very bad but they blaming me maina unhe missbehave kiya hain .. but mujhe wo handset nahi chahiya so plz issue new one instead of that.

kindly i hv req to CEO OF Nokia I need swap my handset ASAP
