Dear Sir,

I bought Nokia 5233 recently, but was upset to find that some of the features specified on the site of Nokia (www.nokia.co.in) are not present in the actual product.

The site specified that the device is loaded with apllication like Document viewer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) but the phone do not support these file formats. And I bought the phone specially for the document viewing on large screen but its not possible now.

Please take noice of the above issue as soon as possible.
