Nokia 5233
Screen not working

I have purchased a mobile handset Nokia 5233 on 11-04 and it is not even a month. Mobile kept on charging and then found screen is not functioning and even it has black patch on the conner.

Nokia service care is not ready to take it under warranty and calling it physical damage.

There is no physical damage to case or screen from the external then how can it get damage internally?
