Touch screen not working

I had purchased one mobile phone from Teleecare Network Inida Pvt. LTd. on date 04.07.10 after 2 month phone was not working properly,

Mobile Brand is Nokia 5233,

Invoce No. SA SRM-S/3955

Date:- 04.07. Mobile Phone touch Screen was not working properly, Now I want to settel this problem with Nokia Care, So Please help me out of this problem very soon.
