Attery back-up

Hi greetings! i think i have mailed them for more than 4 times about my nokia 5233 handset battery back-up problem but still i am not satisfied with the service which nokia is providing to their customers. i have submitted my phone again for the same problem frequently. i want to ask you a simple question do i need to carry a charger with that phone which doesn't give battery back-up of even a single day without making calls, msgs, net surfing & music listening. my dear friend try to think from my side. i have requested you several times that please give me another phone except 5233 but again you are returning me same mobile which is useless for me.this is my humble request to you please try to do something new beyond your company policy which can give smile on customer face to show some faith in nokia. i got a standby from your service centre which gives battery back-up for more than 3 days after charging battery full. i feel shame to go your service centre everytime for same problem & wastage of my time. i am again giving you nokia care service center which is mentioned below: (A-180, FIRST FLOOR, SUKHDEV NAGAR MARKET,
