Not repairing mobile since 9 aug

i purchased nokia 5233W.silver with 2GB IMEI : 353385043991544 on 31/07 from Naresh departmental store, SCO1026, sector 22-B, chandigarh-160022 of amount Rs6528/-. my bill no. is 22225.

i sent it for repair on 09/08 to SHIV SHAKTI MOBILE CARE, SCO11, cabin no.5, sector-11, panchkula to Mr.vinod (mbl no.9888155566).

They said that there is a need of replacement of its motherboard, since then even with my repeated request my mobile has not been repaired.

now they are willing to return our mobile unrepaired. please let me know a genuine shop from where i should repair my cell.

hope you will go through my complaint and give me prompt reply.
