Defective product and poor behaviou

Filed complaint in customercare@nokia.com, on july 22, no reply till today i.e. july 29... customer care number 30303838 not working...

m customer of nokia for last 6 yrs and was a very very satisfied customer and used nokia 2100, 6610, 6671, 6681 N 73. But now m not at all satisfied with nokia. I got Nokia 5235 from Nokia Priority, Saraba Nagar, ludhiana. and it gave mike problem in just fifteen days.

they told me about care but i requested that as period is just fifteen days so pls replace the product.i have used nokia for 6 years but hv not faced any problem but instead of handling the query they behaved totally against my expectation. I was not expecting such thing from such prestigious company like yours that your guarantee stands for just 2 days. I was not able to get any solution. I spend Rs8600 but it matters just for two days for u.

Nokia 5235 provides OVI free music download of one year. I have purchased my phone on june 16, till now i hv nt got password or user id for the same. I reminded dealer twice... but they are hardly bothered. On our behalf, ur dealer say we are responsible for two dayz then who is responsible for this one and half month delay by dealer.

i dont want to take my ph to care centre in just fifteen days or a month, my best experience of 6 years with nokia is simply ruined in this month

why i should visit Nokiacare... warranty doesnt mean that product's core function (i.e. listening and talking on phone) will not work in fifteen dayz and come to us for service..

IF AFTER JUST 15 DAYS OF BUYING THE PRODUCT, MIKE WILL STOP WORKING AND WE HAVE TO GO TO NOKIA CARE THEN WHY CUSTOMER SHOULD GO FOR "NOKIA" BRAND.. THIS THING CAN BE GIVEN BY LOCAL BRANDS ALSO. (They provide same features at one third price)

As i m being loyal customer of nokia so m sending this mail to you. hope u will consider it and replace the product at the earliest. otherwise i will have to get legal support to get value for my money (which i basically dont want to go as i like this company's products alot).
