Mobile is not working

Sir,

i brought a nokia mobile phone from maldives on 8th novemeber 2009. After threee weeks it began to show the problem of switching off automatically. when i gave it for repair in nokia authorised service centre they are telling there is no softweare available there. Since it is made from finland. There fore i am in a dilema now. what can i do with this cell? will u repair or replace. Please give reply immediately
