Pathetic service by Nokia care

I have a Nokia 5310 handset (Express Music)- IMEI No. 353204036618068. I had a problem that the key pad was not working. I went to Nokia Care at Shop No. 4, 5 D' Gold House, Bh. Petrol Pump, FC Rd, Shivaji Nagar Pune5.

My job sheet no. is 1023/31. I gave my mobile for repair (It was not under warranty period). The engineer Mr. Ashish said that there is a problem with keypad and they need to replace it. They charged me Rs. 1132 and said that it will be repaired in 4-5 days. Then I contacted them after 5 days and they said no its not done yet. And I got my mobile repaired after 2 days more.

I came to my hostel, which is approx. 24-25 Kms from this Nokia care store.

I used the handset and it encountered the same problem again and again. I have given it for re repair 5- times. Its very disgusting that since 1 and a half month over my handset is not repaired. They even got my mobile screen tilted the keypad tabs damaged.

I took the cell from there last night on his call saying that your mobile is ready, I have used it personally, and its functioning well.

With a hope that this time it would have been perfect I took it but no! still the problem persists. I just don't know what shall I do now. Please help me with this.

My anger is rising day by day.
