Not getting replaced

My name is SHASHANK HAMIRWASIA and using nokia 5310 xpress music since 5 months and now it has stopped working and i had given to the care center for 2 times to get repaired. But they have kept the phone for 20 days with them and still it has not get repaired. Now again i have given it to the nokia care. This time i had given both the battery and handset to the company and they are refusing it to get replaced and i want it get replaced as soon as possible.
