Pathetic Service

Hi Sir,

My name is Jeet Kumar and i have bought this Nokia 5800 and from some time it was giving me display problem and now there is no display at all. i went to the Nokia care center and they said it will take 4 day, i submitted the phone on 4th December. Then they called up after a 2 days that it will not be fixed before 16th December. I waited till 16th December and didn't get any information from them then i called them they said it will take another 2 days, i had no option other than 2 wait. after 2 days when i called they said sir you will get your phone by 26th at any cost and when i called them today they have a new date for me which is 31st.

Its been a pathetic service from them and worst part is no are being never informed.

I called up Nokia Complaint Center on 17th December and got a pathetic response, a complaint number and a promise that i will get my phone. Now when service station extended it to the 31st i called this Customer Complaint center again they said i have no option other than to wait and if i will not get the phone by 31st then i can call to get the new date to receive my phone.

Please help me sir, i need to know a correct procedure to launch a complaint against these people, because we always ignore and that is the reason you will see lots of complaint against nokia where they never deliver the phone on time and above all there is no communication at all.
