Nokia Priority Dealer Price Cheat

I bought a Nokia 5800 music express mobile phone from Nokia priority dealer At Saheednagar, Bhubaneswar on 19/01/10. I paid Rs 14100/- for the complete set and also got a headphone free wich was given as promotional offer. For my anxiety, i checked the price at the other Nokia priority dealer, Hindustan Electronics at station square and to my surprise i found the price there for the same handset was offered for Rs 13600/-. I was very disappointed and thought that i was cheated by Nokia priority dealer within the same city. I also checked the price at 'Mobile Store' and 'Planet M' and found that they also quoted the price at 13600/- . This has been a very disappointing experience for me being an ardent Nokia fan and thought if a buy from a Nokia priority dealer, i get a good price and better service. But i feel i would further avoid buying any product from a Nokia priority dealer.

Through this forum i would like to inform the Nokia authorities that an action to be taken against their dealer at Sahidnagar and refund my extra charged amount.

Further, i was also looking for a suitable mobile pouch (not given with my handset) for Nokia 5800 and not a single Nokia dealer has one in the whole city!

I think Nokia has been ignoring this city which i guess is the fastest growing IT city in the country.
