No response from service cente

Dear sir,

I given my cell (model no: 5800) to an authorised service center for repair on 24/dec, but till now i wont get any response from the service center. Last week i called to the service center but they refuse my communication... (Job sheet number:411465550/091224/130). here i am mentioning the service center, HAPPY CREATIONS NOKIA CARE, OPP K.S.R.T.C BUS STAND, MAVOOR ROAD...
