Nokia 5800
No repairs and replacement

I bought a set nokia 5800 in december and its battery was giving poor backup so i went to nokia care for the check up... they gave me back my set after 20 days saying thth the battery is replaced but again it started giving same problem .. then i went again they said the set would go to the head office for the checking which will take another 20 days i said okk... the ven the set came back they said the celll has been replaced... firstly they didint provide me the same colour then its touch screen is not working propoerlyy now u tel wht should i do

it has been 6 months iam struglling with the hamdset... no repairs no action.. fed uppp my set still not working properly
