Mobile Lost

Dear Sir madam

I lost my mobile on 29 th Dec morning i have contacted Nokia gallery but they saying its non of our business to find your mobile & even air tel (service provider) also not willing to help by sing its not our job &last option will be police but they also for the sake of taking complaint took FIR by saying that we received almost 25such mobile lost case every day so to whom to help.

Is there any remedy available for me
