Lost or Stolen

Respected Officer,

This is to inform you regarding my lost/stolen Nokia 5800 express music which got lost or stolen today dated 22nd Jan from Gurgaon. I had visited a house and it was in my small bag. I boarded the bus from Sec 17 Gurgaon and got down at Ghitorni. Wanted to make a call and saw that its not there. Either it must have fallen of or stolen in the bus from the zip pocket.

I asked Nokia and they advised me to block the sim and lodge a complaint. I have blocked the sim number (9811241981) and request u to kindly look into this matter. I'll be very much grateful. My name is Rajorshi Arthur Sweet from Ghitorni, Delhi.
