As you aware of my complaint regarding my phone which is submitted to SS services 96/2, star press building chunniganj Kanpur, IMEI no is 356910037621836 (during the call my phone was heating and then switched off. my phone is still in warranty they know very well because i extended the warranty). ON job sheet there is mention that phone is in warranty but after 10 days they are saying your phones warranty void and it cant be repair here.now i am tired i don't have enough time to go again and again there is no hearing of my problem.after posting the complaint here Nokia team reply me that some body call you, but there is no call here.
