Block stolen mobile phone

I had recently bought a new Nokia phone. It has been stolen while boarding a train.

I requested Nokia Care to block the phone so rthat no one can use the phone in future, despite of any help they asked me to purchase a new phone. Kindly look into this matter and kindly block my cell phone and if possible help me get my mobile back.
