Mobile not working properly

After purchasing this mobile, i did not use due to hang problem i went to service center 10/6 (vee Dee techno services 125/75/L-govind nagar kanpur-208006) then wat happend the problem was same.then they told set is ok but memory card is corrept, then they submit my card &said we, ll give u with in 10 days .iaccepted this condition & got job sheet, then i used again mobile without memory card then also problem was same then they told submit ur mobile, we wi, ll make it reach head service center in (Delhi) i told ok take it & i got jobsheet again then they told ur mobile wi, ll reach back here with in 10 days then i told ok. now i went in service center 28/6 i did not get memory card .they told u bring this card from us 5/7 & when i oprate my mobile then wat happen again problem was same, they told we, ll make it bounce for Delhi again & take it from us with in 15 days. I want to new same mobile or want my mobile money other wise i, ll take another action thank u.
