Efuse to change the earphone within warrenty period

I, Mr. Javed hossain is having a Nokia 5800 (IMEI: 352012046984604) express music. I was given an earphone model no. WH-205 0694821018 1g1R44266 with the phone.

Now the earphone is out of order and they are refusing to take the earphone telling that this was not given with this model (5800 express music).
