Hanging Problem in my Mobile

Respected sir,

I beg to say that I have purchased a Nokia 5800 XpressMusic handset. Due to puschase time it has been work properly since 6 months but now the many problem are occuring in my handset and i have shown my handset to the nearest Nokia Care Center (NCC) but they heven't solved my problem. It has been 2 times i have complained and given handset to them to solve my Handset problem but they didn't. So its been a third time i have given my handset to them and they told me to wait for 20 days but the time is over and my handset is not been given me back. My handset problem is that it is hanging after every 10 minutes
