Its been 4 weeks since I have given my handset to Kaustubh Telecom, Pune for rectifying my handset.
After series of follow up week after week with Nokia Care and Nokia helpline (080-30303838), I have not been provided with a satisfactory reply on why I have been made to wait for such a long period.
Out of 12 months of warranty period because of Nokia's poor service & quality I’ve been without my handset for 30 days i.e. Nokia Care aka Kaustubh Telecom has been in possession of my handset.
I've demand them to give me a written letter stating the reason of delay ("Lack of Spares") and a document which states that what is the maximum time Nokia can ask its consumers to wait before handing over the repaired products.
I see no reason why no availability of spares is a reason for such an excessive delay, if that is the case I should be provided with a replacement of handset, if Nokia values its customers and feel committed to there issues.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated
