Handset not working properly

I submitted my mobile phone on 17th July for dealing with the vibration and touchpad issues in Nokia Care Faridabad, Sector 15. However, when they returned the handset to me after 2 days the problem was not resolved and they asked me to leave the handset there for 15 more days. As per Nokia policy they should either repair my mobile in seven days or should exchange it with a new phone. Which is not the case here. I raised a complaint at Nokia customer care and the response is still the same and now they have asked me to confirm on 1st August (14 days later) whether the handset has been repaired or not. The jobsheet no. is 107433527/100717/20. The complaint number of nokia care is 1/11086991359.

Could you please help me here as this is a lost to me to purchase a handset of 17000 Rs.
