Irritating phone, i wasted my money

Since i have purchased the Nokia 5800 Xpress Music in April last year at INR 17, 500, it has not given me a single day to have peace of mind. I was under the impression that this is the brand on which u can rely woth closed eyes. But it's unfortunately the quality standards has decreased drastically. Sometimes i wonder whether this company has any quality checks in place. I was very excited when i purchased this phone but ever since this phone has proved that it's the most pathetic model Nokia has ever produced. 1) This phone restarts by itself which was conveyed to me as normal by the service centre representatives as they regularly receive such complaints from customers regarding such models. 2) Sometimes this phone starts charging by itself without any power supply, which is quite spooky. 3) It hangs every now and then. 4) Sometimes after i click a photograph it shows unable to open. 5) The Network disappears completely every now and then (i have a vodafone connection and it works fine on any other handset) 6) Internet is intermittent, it works at it's own will 7) the touch interface is really bad, if i click on one option it opens something else or doesn't do anything. 8) After i purchased this phone and did a software update i lost all my data and even the preloaded songs and videos showed locked, which were working fine earlier. I backed up the data but it didn't help even after synchronisation. Ultimately the service centre guy flushed the OS. 8) everytime i update the software a new problem arises. 9) GPS works intermittently 10) it's hard to browse a web page while surfing internet 11) the camera quality is really bad in low light 11) the service centre guys only suggest me to take the phone to them at regular intervals to flush the OS; which is the only solution, however that never helped either. They also stated that this model had many issues like this as reported by other customers as well.

I would like my money to be refunded or the set replaced as i am not all satisfied by Nokia and would never recommend others to buy it. The company took money for the pre loaded licensed videos and tracks which never worked. And flushing the software is not a permanent solution. I am also planning to log a complaint in consumer forum as i have been cheated by Nokia.
