Mobile not getting switched On

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Sakthi Hariharan. I have recently purchased Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic. My mobile giving lot of problems when I purchased it.

Which are,

1. While am using mobile, suddenly it was hanged then it will recover when I remove the battery and again reinsert it. (Atleast 3 times / day)

2. Now my mobile is not getting switched ON even though it is having full battery power. So I have given my handset to Nokia care, Jamnagar, Gujarat. They are also not able to solve this problem. So I don’t want this mobile back, I need new mobile Or I want my money back.
