I cannot send sms/messages from my mobile

I am using nokia 6120c phone, recently i got a problem with my phone described as follows:
messages are not going from my mobile, my network connetion is idea, messages are not going from my mobile and the sent message was going to outbox and staying in it and it says resend at some time.my inbox is empty.
