Regardind my nokia phone repai

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very bother from nokia care service. They had taken my cell for repairing on 2 feb and given me the delivery date of 19 feb. But they delayed my delivery and delivered my cell on 21 mar and they had not fitted my mobile properly and they want it back again for 15 days.

I am very frusted b'coz they had taken it for almost 2 months.

I want a warrant extension for 2 months.

What can I do?
