Nokia 6220 classic
Unavailability of phone body in all delhi/nc

We have purchased a nokia 6220 classic for 17, 000 rs 1.5 year back. After 10 months of purchase its outer body got break from both the sides, we approached more than 20 diffrent nokia stores in all delhi and requested for the body but everybody gives the vague answer like its not available if we got it, we will give u. it will come from china and etc . but we are very surprised that from 5 months its body is not available then why nokia says we will ensure u the best after sale service. i hav purchase the phone with my hard money so i need worth of my money . the cost of outer body is 2000 rs which every dealer said and for this 2000rs my phone is bloked in almira.please get me a body or replace it or give my money back .these things breaks our trust on nokia you can approach me by mail or phone
