After 4 months also we have not recieved the Mobile

Hello this is Akash Agarwal I'm hereby writing this letter to make you aware that how your non-technical (i.e. engineer) staff at Nokia Care, FC Road Akshay Care (Pune) India behaving to customer.

In month of July on 28th this year I had given my Nokia 6233 at Nokia care, Pune as it was not working properly. They had told me that IC is not working & have to change the Display also and for that they had charged your prescribed charges and they also committed that they will give it back within 2 weeks.

I had given it to them and made entry by my Brother's name "Mr. Vikas R Agarwal". After 2 weeks they told me that everything is done, but when they insert the Sim Card it shows No Network.

Now after 4 months also the problem is not yet solved then what is the use of the Nokia Care.

I want Nokia Care to take proper action in this. Otherwise I resserve all my rights to take appropiate action aginst Nokia Care, Pune (India), in appropiate court.
