I was experiencing battery backup and mic problem in my nokia 6300 only. So i contacted the NOKIA CARE my set was checked and was taken for further process. I got my set back around 10 days later and found that only the mic problem was solved and nothing was done, the camera of the mobile was damaged, the memory card slot was also not detecting the MMC, signals were also very low, the LCD of my mobile was also damaged and when i asked them to rectify it they said its not our job if you our experiencing more problems then we have to process your mobile once again with additional charges.
