Network problem

My Nokia 6303c mobile which purchase at MORADABAD "NEW JIMMI TIMES" Ph. 0591-2311313, 34 and receipt no. 1475, IMEI No. 358256038556128, on date 4/12 . The network problem is the major problem in my set.

And 3 time software downloaded by NOKIA Service Center Moradabad, but mobile set is not working properly.

So, please kindly attend my problem immediately
