Faulty handset

Hi

I purchased a nokia handset in the month of july. From the onset i have been having problems with this handset. First the software doesnt seem proper. I dont have an option of templates in messages, neither do i have a drafts option. Taken it from the mobile store but they were unable to help me with the same. Over and above it keeps getting hung all the time and gets very hot over a long call. I think i have been cheated with a faulty handset. Its hardly been 3 months and already started creating problems

Cant trust a brand like nokia anymore.
