Nokia 6303c
Poor Service of Nokia Care Centre

Dear Sir,

I gave my (in warrany) Nokia Handset 6303C to Auth Nokia Care Centre (Mobile Universe Ropar) on dated 10-02-11 vide Job Sheet no 879433527 due to net work problem & they promissed me to give my handset within one week, but after it i regularly go to above said Care Centre & they did not response me & after two months he gave me any another tampered handset by mischief when i asked for my own handset then he make another job sheet on dated 16-04 Job Sheet No (879433527/110416/8) & promissed me that they replace my handset within one week. But now after near about three months they donot response my queries. The Staff & owner of above said Care Centre are irresponsible. Now i asked that who one responsible for my harrasment.
