Incoming voice is not audible

Respected sir,

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased (28th november) the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The voice of the calls is not audible. It is creating a problem while talking. I have submitted my handset to the customer care atleast 4 times for the same problem, but yet my problem has not been solved. I need to make a request that please replace my handset. Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, I expect full value for my money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.

Please acknowledge my complaint as early as possible.
