Sir,
my nokia 6303-classic was switched off 15 days earlier. I approached to the nearest nokia care centre to repair it. they kept my phone with them and told me that it will be available to you in a week. after 13 days i got a call from them to collect my handset. i reached there and saw that my grey coloured6303-c phone was replaced by a black coloured 6303-c which seems to be ugly. when i asked them why phone was not replaced by a grey colur set they dinied and told its not our responsibility. please replace my phone by a grey coloured only.
