Harassment by nokia care

Nokia care returned my handset two times. Whereas they did not able to solve my problem. I have given it to them for three times.

Date of purchase- 19/08

I had given the set to nokia care on-01/09

1st return to me on-14/09

I had again given it to nokia care on-15/09

2nd return to me on-30/09

I have again given it to nokia care on-01/10

I regret that I have not gotten my set till today.
