NOKIA 6500s
Memory Card not functioning

Dear Sir

On 26th of June I went to NOKIA CARE Payoja Services Address:- Kachery Road, Udit Nagar, Rourkela-12, (infront of Mourya Hotel) with my handset NOKIA 6500s with a problem of Memory Card reader which was not functioning. I met the representative there and discuss the problem with them, they promised me that the problem will be solved and they kept my memory card with them for 3 days after that they informed that my problem is solved and i went there to collect my memory card. But when i insert the card in my mobile the problem still persist and not solved at all. I again asked them to look into the matter but they said that it wont be done. The Job Sheet number is 11825.

I am deeply Harassed by such poor service so thats why I want you to take appropriate action to curb such activities.
