My sister In law bought this handset in Jan 09, since starting it had issues of voice, freezing fo handset,
This handset has been sept for Repairs for 5 times, everytime they keep the handset for 15-20 days, return the same with comments, Repaired.
I am not all satisfied with the service, A lot of communication has been done with the customer care, who doesnt care ofr the complaints.
It is requested to kindly get the Warranty extended or get the handset replaced.
